Building on over thirty patented technical innovations, Dalian Konform have developed twenty-four different models under three product categories (continuous extrusion, continuous cladding and continuous sheathing for copper and aluminum). We are certified to ISO 9001 standard and our products comply with EU CE marking. As of 2023, we have designed and manufactured more than 1800 production lines for our clients in 52 countries covering all six continents. They are widely used to produce AS wire, OPGW, aluminum sheathing of power cable, copper flat wire, copper bus bar, copper strip blank, aluminum tube, aluminum conductor etc.

We have an experienced and competent customer service team that performs high-quality installation, commissioning and after-sales service. Our team works closely and communicates smoothly with our clients, resolving faults and technical issues, sharing the latest R&D progress, and supplying accessories and parts timely.

We design and produce all the tooling (such as extrusion wheel, chamber, die,……) auxiliary machines, and spare parts for our whole continuous extrusion line. We choose high quality raw materials and apply strict heat-treatment process to ensure our spare parts are durable. We also use CNC and other high-end equipment to manufacture the spare parts, so that high quality and high precision can be achieved.
